Why Your Logitech G560 Speakers Sound Muffled and How to Fix It

Quick Answer

Muffled sound from your Logitech G560 speakers is usually caused by incorrect audio settings or speaker placement. Start by checking your device's equalizer and ensure the speakers are not obstructed.

Diagnosis and Fix Steps

• Symptom: Audio sounds muffled, with reduced clarity in vocals and high frequencies.
• Likely Cause: Incorrect equalizer settings or physical obstruction of the speakers. Check if the speakers are placed on a hard surface and not blocked by objects.
• Corrective Action: Open your device's sound settings, adjust the equalizer to boost high frequencies, and reposition the speakers away from walls and corners. Test with a known clear audio track to verify improvement.
• When to Stop or Choose Another Option: If the sound remains muffled after adjusting settings and placement, consider checking connections or contacting support. If the issue persists, you might need to replace the speakers. If you decide to replace, consider the G560's features and whether they meet your needs.
